Susan: I agree with you. Buying more too. Smart move. This prennouncement could hardly be considered new news. The real news has been on the street for more than a week when HQ lowered its volume estimates for the third quarter. All one has to to is watch market volumes to tell that as well. My guess is that major brokerages will be estimating volume to be up 20 or more percent in the fourth quarter. After some of the brokerages fill sell tickets they will want to write some buys. October is always iffy. Novemeber and December could be screamers.
