I wouldn't be surprised. That's probably Schlesinger's list, which has been debunked - includes people like Mario Cuomo as "historians". Heck, Schlesinger is not a real historian - he is a hagiographer, nor is Garry Wills, he's a social critic. There is a list of more mainstream historians which ranks Reagan near the top.

Drawing from a wider field, Time has a list of the 100 "Political Greats" of the 20th century. Reagan is ranked as "Great" along with FDR and Teddy Roosevelt. No Truman. No Kennedy.
