Mike, Yes....it stinks, but there still may be value. Perhaps it is time to put ANYI up for sale?......if the sales and hits are for real.....then is it worth 4x sales? Heck, if this thing is so badly tainted......then sell the whole deal to an internet consolidator.......and BANY gets the cash to do whatever they are planning on doing.....buy another case company, I think. At this point.....I guess you try to figure out where any value would be. If the problem is current management...then you look at what the value would be without current managment. In any event......the only value I can spot, is the sales, sales growth, and hits that ANYI says they have. Since they are a reporting company....and have auditors and such........I think that's where you look. ANYI is still the deal......the question is whether or not it has been hammered down for reasons that have little to do with the value of the enterprise. Besides calling for heads to roll....I'm not sure what else you can do. The drop in ANYI and BANY has been swift and ugly. What is BANY trading at right now.....anyone know? bg
