Could we (you) develop a call or leap guideline for Q, purchased with cash. Just in case CNBC? gives us the mother of all buying opportunity's in the not so distant future (Y2K FUD)?

I know nothing of options and am not a very fast study, but would love to do more with Q without selling off my beloved Silverbacks.
