Well, I set myself up pretty well there. My analogy only worked so far. Ahab at least had a harpoon. Luc is firing blanks. The point is: It seems that Luc has a jealous vendetta, he is bent, obsessed with Dell's destruction even if it means and guarantees his own destruction, given that you can believe what he posts. Other than gold, there isn't anything he seems to favor besides being short Dell. It has been shown that you can't appeal to him with obviously more appropriate shorting candidates (whales other than the white one, if you will). His "lawsuit" just seems to be the next enraged, irrational step. As you put it, one can only imagine the basis for such a suit.
