Updated conversion information...

The conversion price today climbed slightly from last Friday to 4.8343
from 4.8238, making seven straight days where the conversion price is
virtually unchanged. But more importantly, the lowest priced days in
the last ten are lined up to be eliminated this week.

The last ten closing bids, and the conversion price as of the close each day:

Date: Closing Bid: Conversion Price:
28-Sep 4.8125 5.0710
29-Sep 4.6250 4.9764
30-Sep 4.6250 4.9027
1-Oct 4.6250 4.8291
4-Oct 5.0625 4.8291
5-Oct 4.9688 4.8238
6-Oct 5.0625 4.8238
7-Oct 5.2188 4.8238
8-Oct 5.2188 4.8238
11-Oct 5.3125 4.8343

Now lets look at a forecast of what will happen through the rest of
the week, if the closing bid stays unchanged from today's close.

Date: Closing Bid: Conversion Price: Shares lost each day:

12-Oct 5.3125 4.8764 8,400
13-Oct 5.3125 4.9764 19,400
14-Oct 5.3125 5.0763 18,700
15-Oct 5.3125 5.1920 20,700

In order to not lose shares, the selling coalition will need to drive
the stock to 4 13/16 tomorrow, then to 4 5/8, and hold it there the rest of the week!!!
