In my opinion I don't think the TSCN idea has much chance of occuring. I think at one point in history this might have made sense, but I would now view it as an expensive boo boo. Doesn't DBC have a significant historical database? I think acquisitions of "high-octane" very tough to beat/duplicate, profitable business units would be more likely at this point. Just look at the record -leveraged into IFN with Travelers which is now providing real-time news generated from SEC filings, Federal News Service. They are spending a nickle to gain a dollar.

Am I correct in reading TSCN's capitalization is at about 30-40M$ at its current price, with a Debt / Equity Ratio of 10, and a PE = N/A.
