Sans I think that the offering is to create Capital for an expansion or new product line. This is only speculation and rumour so I hesitate to post. However it seems to me a company with strong earnings,management and clientele would only raise $5 million for something new. I don't believe that a quick capital infusion is neccessary to maintain the status quo. Again I have heard a rumour but I am never sure when it is appropriate to post rumours since I don't want to start accusations of "HYPING"any advice on this matter is welcome. Rampant
