Nothing that makes it airtight. But there really is reason to think there's a connection.

Obviously, until June of this year QCLG was a private company that owned four convenience stores and some oil storage and transport facilities. Then, one presumes, it underwent a change of management and did a reverse merge into a shell. But what WAS the shell? I haven't found that out yet. Who's "Pete Iodice"? The old CEO or a new one? Or...?

And my my my don't they have ambitious plans? Another nano-conglomerate in the making...
