Uh-oh, Anyone know a good shrink, I think I'm talking to myself.

Well, here goes ...

From the CC ...

- Call presented by the CEO
- Duration: 15 minutes
- For replays - 800 475 6701, access code 476 411
- Recap:

1) Brief history of the reporting that brought them to where they are now - no new news.
2) Blame put squarely on the unresponsive shoulders of the SEC for the delisting
3) Comments in question are 'narrow and technical in nature' but no more details given
4) No certainty on when the comments will be cleared
5) NASD attempting to clear BB of some stocks admirable, but this current process is 'discreminatory', ie, alphabetical
6) Once comments are cleared, mmove back to BB is 'straightforward': market makers needs to file Form 211; 2 - 5 days after clearing Form 211, stock trades again; NASD listing is open timeframe
7) More news on private placement in the next 5 - 7 days.
8) Current customer base accounts for 213mm in paper bills annually.
9) Commentary: Overall, Michael sounded tired, but upbeat. MHO is that stock will get off the pink sheets and eventually onto the NASD, its all just a matter of when.

Cheers, KD
