Hello Matthew,

I'm not sure the disclosed details here ... and I *know* I'm not the one to disclose these ... however:

Someone in a later post answered some of this and several other posts have addressed much of this. The biggest piece, in my opinion, is mindshare and OS. Novell now has the applications, that many people have been asking for, running on NetWare, with a big name attached to them - Netscape. Netscape now has a OS to run on that is owned by an ally ... not an enemy. I can say first hand that after we have been developing client software for Microsoft operating systems for years, they can throw many curves at you and "break" your software with every service pack applied. In my opinion, Netscape is learning that trying to develop a high-performance service on an un-friendly OS can eat up all resources and customer tolerance.

It's a good match ... more NetWare in new accounts, and staying in current accounts.

I agree ... I think there is obviously some pause for Eric to review things ... just a guess!
