Thanks hawkeye for all your DD, my question is can you file a class action suit against the sec and if you can, we have to get all the shareholders interested in doing so to put their names forward. We also need a fairly large reputable law firm that would take the case, someone that likes the underdogs but also knows we are right as shareholders and are being held at ransom by an uncaring sec which now appears not to be unbiased in their decision making and have total disregard for the shareholders of SLUP. I REPEAT WHAT I HAVE SAID BEFORE IF SLUP HAS DONE SOMETHING WRONG NOTIFY THEM AND THE SHAREHOLDERS AND IF THEY CANNOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG RELEASE US FROM THEIR GRIP. This has gone on long enough and they have had plenty of time to handle the case and I do not believe they are working in the best interest of the shareholder's and they must be held accountable for their actions.
