I would like to see technical analysis applied to the roulette wheel at lets say any well run Las Vegas casino anyone would care to suggest.

Limetex, every spin of the roulette wheel or roll of the dice is independent of the previous spin or roll. Nor are there any market forces at work. A TA of a roulette wheel, scientifically, would be a flat line, because the odds of any event happening are always the same.

If TA showed that roulette wheel behavior can be charted and predicted, then nothing would be proven. It would be coincidence.
