Frank, said that based on the minor change oscillator readings, in his newsletter he was looking for the spx to rally possibly to the 1380 level and put a a C wave (8/25 being A). Also he noted that none of the top ten market cap naz made a new high today with the nasdaq. I think Ord is right this time, we rallied right into the apex of the triangle, just like Schwab did off it's top. bb
