Brian, I will share this testimony of the Lords deliverance with you. On April 26, 1997 my 2 sons and I were going to attend services at a Messianic Jewish Temple the second day of Passover. When we got to the front doors a man in full military dress stomped up to me and lowered an AK47 rifle at me and yelled "Die Jews Die". I reached for my younger son (7 at the time) as I heard a shot but felt nothing. I grabbed my son and pulled him into the building and looked back to see my 9 year old son in front of the rifle with this man with a shaved head and tatooes all over him screaming at him that he was a Jewish pig that the Aryans would expose his lies. My son was crying with his hands raised and urinated on himself. I had to go out a side door to get to him and heard shots as I was going to him. When I got there the man was doing a Nazi march and salute as he was firing into the building and the air. We put the children in the restrooms and waited for the police to arrive. He kept shooting and yelling until he went to his truck to reload his weapon. The police came and he pointed his weapon at them and then fell to the ground and was arrested. There were bullet holes everywhere and one just above where my sons head was. When I stared at the rifle pointed at me I felt a peace come over me that could only come from the Lord and I know that all my brothers and sisters that have died this way were given his peace in their sacrifice. Well the trials for this man started and the police told me I would have to press charges for them to give him more than a few months for shooting into a building. This was difficult for me for my first thought was to be a good Christian and forgive him. However, I prayed for wisdom and a lot of things happened. The man, Donald Ray Anderson wrote a letter to a member of our congregation from prison. He said that he had planned for many years to kill as many Jews as possible on that day, but as he put his gun in the fire position Gods Spirit rushed over him and told him NO. He said he became angry and confused that he could not kill and went on to put on a show. Then he said the only thing he apologised for was getting the wrong Synagogue and that he did this because he loved Jesus more than anyone and the Aryans are the true Israel of God. Well I decided with much prayer to press charges. This lead the trial to the FBI and Dept. of Justice as a hate crime. I was harrassed by KKK members that did not want him to go to jail and this was one of the first hate crime charges to bring a conviction. After a year of trial dates and postponements he finally plead guilty and got 12 years without parole in a Federal prison. I said he got one year for each tribe of Israel. Right after the shooting I asked our leader if we could stay and worship the Lord for the victory he gave us. We asked anyone that wanted to give their testimony of what they saw. Many said they saw bright lights around me and my sons and one said it was the Shekinah Glory of God in the courtyard. This caught my attention for it was the same day of Passover that God put His Shekinah glory between the Israelites and Pharoahs armies. He is the same yesterday today and forever. The FBI has labeled this as "a God thing" Based on a letter he had written and a suicide note in his pants when he was arrested. His family came to us crying and said they raised him to be a Christian and had prayed for him for years as he was a member of the Aryan Nations and KKK. We told them that all he had managed to do was get 300 plus people to pray for him and get contained so the Lord could reach him with ministers and he could not hurt anyone else.
