Hey Jerry, Where did you come up with "Estimates for 2004 will be about 67-cents for the entire year on 87 million shares after the latest acquisitions, options to "keep the wonderful management," missed estimates and downgrades." SDRC is responding the way I thought it would, I'm just surprised that PMTC hasn't fallen in the toilet also. Guess we'll have to wait till next week to find out. This is not one to jump on until earnings are out and the MACD crosses over. Good luck, J
