This is from Yahoo board...anyone pick this up anywhere???? HEADLINE ALERT -- Qualcomm announced today that its board of directors approved a 2-for-1 split of its common stock to be effective in the form of a stock dividend. The effective date of the split is October 29, 1999 after the market close, and applies to shareholders of record as of October 15. Additionally, Qualcomm will announce its third quarter financial results after the market close on November 2, 1999.
