Everything tracker does you can do with qcharts. Alerts can be set for most of the fields including volume. I myself use a different voice for the different types of alerts.

You do lose the ability to scan and the CCI indicator. You gain much more though.

While qcharts can also have its problems, they just don't last as long as iqcharts. For me it is worth the extra money.
