Querty and Bohdan

I am no genius, and to you Bohdan, I offered a potential scenario which I alluded to as having happened before... lots of times before.

Try Cartaway!

If this deal appears crooked, as I believe the general sentiment goes, it is obvious that the rules may being broken.

Declared or non-declared is academic.... reporting is in most instances one month after the fact, hence the general rule to take the declsred short position and multiply it by 2 or 3 times.

To Query

There is a type of trade called a "Gitney" or "Jitney" (don't know how to spell it) where brokerage houses swap trades and split commissions to hide the true source of the action.

This as with "undeclared shorting is a fact of life in Vancouver.

Have you never had a promoter ask who your broker is? Ever had a broker ask if you sold or bought on a given day... and you did?

If you question who is buying and selling, so does everyone else, and often times the trades are deliberatly "placed to mislead the opposition.

And where are the American firms in all of this, if 50% of the shareholders are in the US? Does Stockwatch provide their data or are canadian houses their access to the Vancouver market?

To think thatthose who have hurt this stock are playing the game by the same rules as you and I is as probable as a snow storm in July or a paperless bathroom.
