*Sprint ION*
I have read 2 articles in the past month that suggest that ION has been a technical disaster. Unfortunately, the articles were written by journalists more interested in business aspects and they didn't give technical details of failures. More recently, Earthlink (my ISP) is offering DSL through GTE, instead of Sprint as originally planned. Sprint owns a big stake in ELNK and was to have provided DSL by way of ION. ION must not have worked according to plans, perhaps to the benefit of ORCT.
