I can't figure out their strategy. They continue to give away meals at the slightest excuse. The huge sign at the door only encourages people to take advantage. I have never been there when I have not witnessed a meal given away. How the hell can you make a profit that way? The service and food and local management has improved, but guys, what the hell is your problem over there in the Executive Suite? If you think the 110% policy is drawing in customers, you're right....the ones that don't want to pay for their meals! Can you PROVE to me that this policy is working? If not, you are Not living up to your legal fiduciary responsibilities, and are subject to shareholder lawsuits.
