A salesman is interested in revenue because that is what commissions are based on. Investors are intersted in the bottom line. The cost of goods sold is very low on TruVoice royalties, so almost all sales should go to the bottom line. With few shares outstanding and a break even business in their systems, TruVoice profits could make a big difference to the reported profits and consequently the stock price.

I owned stock in DSPG and wished that they only had their royalty producing business.
