Donald: Here we go. You have slyly slandered Investor's Guru with a comment that is indirect but suggestive. Kind of like all of the trashy journalism covering Bre-X these days. Let's pick your statement apart and get things as straight as we can. First, for transparency I will tell you that I blame the VSE a lot for this mess.

"This stock was promoted at the Stockhouse and the Investor Guru sites. Nobody likes to reccomend a clunker. Stockhouse blamed the VSE and the Guru took a holiday."

For lack of a better way to put things I will concede that STS has been promoted by Investor's Guru. But I do not for a minute think that that intial truism gives you license for a few free lies. First, IG did not recommend the stock. IG never recommends anything. Not only does IG have a disclaimer, but IG also reminds readers constantly in the text of reports an replies that they are only submitting information for the readers consideration. "Nobody likes to recommend a clunker." Guess what; smart people don't make recommendations, just people who are tryong to sell something. In addition, the "holiday" you refer to has nothing to do with the STS situation unless you can prove otherwise. Can you? I did'nt think so.

"If the VSE has done something dishonest then the management of STS should lodge a complaint."

This is a classic bit of stickhandling. So, the question is did the VSE do something dishonest? Do you think the VSE is that stupid. Do you think the VSE is at all inept at playing a game that few of us are morally barren enough to understand? Your comment here reminds me of a pat bureacratic reply to repetitive and annoying public inquiries. Condescending at best. It is not a question of honesty is it. It never is with this type of problem. It is a question of ethics. The onous should be on the VSE to show us all that they have acted in the best interests of the majority of investors who trade on that exchange. This is a supposed to be a free market system.
