Hard to say at this point; have you received a proxy yet?, I haven't. I see that CLRT has received a 5 million commitment for convertible debenture financing, but that doesnt guarantee FTRK will see a nickel. See if you can get a response from the IR dept at Continental Capital, because so far, other than registering 100,000 shares that were given to them in June, I haven't seen any evidnce that they have lifted a finger.
