GATA NEWS/Ted Arnold/POG First - POG is popping today - 'overbought' doesn't mean much in this sort of situation. It was probably 'overbought' much of the time in the late 70s when it was sometimes moving $40 in a day. Interesting about Arnold - now with Bache. He seems to be trying to limit the damage to his clients by talking about a ceiling. He says that CBs will be selling at the $330 level - but first he would have us believe the 15 CBs would 'cheat' - now he simply says they will 'sell' - ignoring conveniently the 400 ton per year max. Murphy is right - we have seen Arnold turn - like a boar on a spit - may he go on twisting. In the past - way back - he was a bull - but this was before the carry trade and all that. d
