I wouldn't be surprised if they're playing the same game as the last time just before the last PPI. They started putting out whisper numbers on the PPI at .5 just two days before the report. I posted those reports on MDA - even had some people complain in PMs. Today, they're putting out whisper numbers on the PPI at .7. The previous consensus was .5. It'll be interesting to see if the mystery late Thursday rally materializes again.
