Actually, I like a Golden Delicious or a Gala apple, sliced up into a salad with Boston lettuce, halved strawberries, a small handful of pine nuts... and sprinkled with a little dressing made with balsamic vinegar, my homemade purple basil vinegar and a couple of drops of olive oil... now that's what I call a salad...
