In summation - EVERY ROLL IS A NEW ROLL. DOUGH was just speaking of
a progressive system based on the odds that it should it rather than the oddity that a particular section had not it. The Casinos still laugh - with two greens their take is still 5 5/19%.

I'm still not sure where you stand....In DougH's post he claimed that you could use past behavior to predict future events on a Roulette Wheel. Unless the Wheel is fixed, this is IMPOSSIBLE. Can't speak to the claims made by TA but I do know something about probability.

The 7 11 in my handle doesnt mean that I work in a 7-11. It was either that or Slacker21 <g>.
