You might note that he doesn't actually call anyone names, but merely states that he would miss the opportunity to call people names when the occasion calls for it. He also states that he would resent it if anyone were banned for calling HIM names. I can't see how it violates the Terms of Use at all, please feel free to point out to me how I'm wrong about that.

I would really miss the opportunity to call zoltan, jla, the michaels jerks, idiots, poltroons, liars, scumbags, fools, homophobes, cowards, traitors, fanatics and anything else that the occasion called for. I would deeply resent their being banned from calling me their favorite names for fear of discipline.
