Razorbak, re:Hvide Marine (HMARQ) Would appreciate your views on a shareholders letter to Hvide management, the SEC and the Bankruptcy judge. I copied the 4 part letter from the YAHOO board and placed it on SI. The shareholder has acquired 50k shares of HMARQ in recent months based on analysis reminiscent of my own. I share his arguments that the "proposal" appears to be a gigantic rip-off of shareholders and an amazing reward for unsecured debt holders. Your comments will be much appreciated.
