Quiet periods before underwriting are quiet as a rule, have not heard any releases from plug in 3 months wonder if they have been holding back or nothing going on? In any case we will see on the 29th and later, most Goldman/Merrill/HQ deals get done and on average they are good so time will tell. I also believe that a lot of deals get IPO'd above the filling price if they are "HOT" I think this one can be hot.
