Hi All! Just got in from court this a.m. Tom caught me at home as I was heading out the door to take Zack to his sitter's and go straight to court. I was unable to really talk with him.

If any of you talks with Tom based on his offer to contact anyone who wants personally by phone, please pursue these questions if you would be so kind and post the responses here:

1) What is the current status of the relationship between ET&T and ECNC, more particularly, what contract obligations do we now have to ET&T in light of the changes in direction on the transaction processing beyond the original contract and when will money start flowing back from ECNC to ET&T.

2) Now that we are doing ATM transactions has the way ECNC makes money, and the percentages changed. For example, on a paymaster kiosk transaction we make 6%. What about on a transfer of funds from our checking account to our broker using an ePin? Or purchasing a product on line using an ePin? What does ECNC make on that type of transaction and who pays the charge?

3) What role does Tom see himself having over the next year and beyond regarding day to day running of ECNC? Is he going to step back and let his "Team" run the ball while he steps back into the chairmanship position and guides the vision he created or will he remain a hands on do it all manager? If there is a change in management structure coming, when will it occur and who will take over the day to day details if Tom steps back? Wexler as indicated at the Shareholders meeting?

These are key fundamental questions for me personally. If someone has time and opportunity to pursue them with Tom and report back here, I would greatly appreciate it.

tia
