Hey Don, Have you noticed the big bid that has been under this stock for a couple of weeks now? Seems everytime I get my quotes I see a 10000 to 20000 share bid for FSII and the bid seems to rise as the stock moves higher. Sure looks like someone is accumulating this stock.
