To answer your qustion id say it was very much a crim post, either that or an incredibly wreckless post, that could hurt many who read it and believe he knows something they don't. The point here is , WHAT and WHERTE did he get such a statement , is he involved inthe talks, did he overhear something, what is the basis of his statement? Where did he get this idea? wher did the price 10-12 come from? Why did he says it will happen? Why, and what was he trying to accomplish by such a post, without answers to these questions one can only speculate as to wwhat was really going on. My job isnt to gather the facts and try the man, it is to ascertain the credibility and to assess the implications of such a message. I saw real harm and potential for finacial loss whebn I read that... Message 11514710 How about cutting out the crap post and just come on SI, state your position coupled with an intelligent well reasoned supportive statement that contains information supporting your position and just leave it at that! The only possible reason I can think of that would justify your continued use of your current and previous tactics is to trash and bash the stocks you have shorted so you can profit personally. Exactly the reverse of pump and dump, but equally wrong! Prove me wrong, change your tactics. Note: I have no position in NAVR at this time and have not had for some time. Regards, LG
