The employees who posted here are well known and I helped clear up the confusion they had regarding pinning the wrong names. But, the "may be" <s> others is news to me. Sure...

The story was very simple. The releases were bogus. There never were fundamentals which would attract anyone. It was a story about the SI community trading together. It had a chance to have worked had a better stock been chosen and the
evil illegal naked shorters story about anyone who recognized what really was going on...

Riley has evidence regarding nays on SI? Why then has it not been posted at his site along with his other smoking gun
#'s?

The SEC witness statement certainly is new.

The only thing that I have done is be a WITNESS for the SEC in the RMIL matter. I gave them veral testimony on what I knew about the whole RMIL situation, along with handing over any and all evidence that I had against those concerned in this matter. That was both against RMIL and the illegal shorts and some nays from SI.

Tonto,

Who said it was not there? maybe it's in a hidden directory that non shareholders did not now about! Maybe the SI nays were Mork's admitted employees that posted on SI, or may be others! <ggg>
