Manny, I don't know you know this but besides BSE and NSE there are over a dozen or more regional exchanges.I don't trade on BSE but you can find brokers by doing a search on the net. BTW internet trading is not yet allowed because of lack of eCommerce laws but it on top of the list of the new government,so within a year or so internet trading should be in place there in the mean time you can trade using internet but not the same way as in the U.S as it will be only a means of getting the orders in right now. SIFY should start trading some time in the early part of November,I don't know whether I'll get any IPO shares yet.
