Scott, << turnkey>> That usually refers to a process that is simply set up and plugged in, operation begins immediately. Assembled, trucked in, and started. No tweaking or onion peeling required for the basic process. The size is immaterial at this time, if the process works it should be easily scalable. Proof of process will bring any funding required to become economically serious IMO.
