Hey Greg, I called Mike at Genesis today. ( This is a general post and isn't directed at you by the way.) I talked to the receptionist for a few minutes and found out that they have two of them just to answer the phones. That's a lot of calls. I was put on hold twice while she answered other calls. In all I probably spent two minutes on the phone with her and I would estimate that as many as ten calls were answered. Everybody wants to talk to Mike or Ken. Everybody wants to ask the same questions. Every caller takes up a minimum of fifteen minutes. Now, if Mike and Ken spent all day long returning every call about when the stock dividend was going to be paid, nothing else would be done..... Then they could answer the phones to explain why nothing was ever on done. I have also heard of harassing phone calls that they are receiving. I'm sure these make their day a lot easier also. Although I never spoke to him, Mike did return my call while I was at school and spoke to my wife. (Damn!!! Now I have to explain why they are so chummy.) There have been times when I have called and I never got the call back, but I'm absolutely positive that there were more important things to do. He told me once that he gets about 100+ calls a day. How would anyone decide who to call first? High priority to low. So what we need to decide is what do we want. Returned phone calls to answer the same questions that they have been answering for months now so that we can get pissed when dates set are passed by, or to let them get some work done and pull it all together. I prefer that they not return my phone calls until they have time.

Back to you Greg,
As far as my last post, I'm sure you got the idea. Numbers were off a little, I didn't see a need in being exact in that case and I was in a hurry. Besides, it was a post between friends. Funny he didn't defend himself about trying to screw everyone on the thread.

Jaime
