Cyberian Outpost President Bought 100,000 Shares Sept. 30 (COOL)
(NewsTraders.com)-- Cyberian Outpost's (COOL) new president and chief operating officer, Robert Bowman, recently purchased 100,000 shares of the online retailer, according to a Form 4 document released today by the SEC.
Bowman bought the shares on Sept. 30, the day the company announced his appointment to the new role, paying $9.26 per share, the filing said.
At the end of September, Bowman's stake in the Internet-based retailer of computer hardware, software and accessories was comprised solely of 100,000 shares, held on a direct basis.
Bowman formerly headed ITT Industries, prior to its acquisition by Starwood Hotels Resorts Worldwide (HOT).
Shares of Kent, Conn.-based Cyberian Outpost climbed $0.38 higher to $9.38 in recent trading.
