Richard, A very nice a responsive answer to my question. I commend you on that. If previously mentioned extraction costs are accurate and provable then I would imagine that funding would be quite readily available and permits would be easily received. The one funding announcement(which I don't care to look for right now) was stated in a matter of fact manner, as was the announcement of stock dividends and did not give the appearance of a forward looking statement. The safe harbor statement that appears at the end of each news release should not be a blank check to allow anything to be stated. If a corporate direction is discussed then I would expect changes to occur to that due to changing market conditions. Now I admittedly have a bad memory but I would be interested in knowing exactly when the last forward looking statement has become a reality. Richard, You have never met Dale or Al from what you have said so why is it you have so much faith in people that you have never met?
