Terry Bell went on to say: "...We earlier lowered our rating on SUF due to lower diamond grades for the lower part of the m-1 pipe, resulting in reduced cash flow forecasts for 1999-2000. We have concern for SUF's ability to fund its extensive exploration programs, its platinum acquisition and development costs for the Klipspringer underground diamond mine. We also question their options for the Camfuca project in Angola, a country with great promise for diamonds which has slipped back into cival war. SUF is a proven explorer and has potential upside from its South African, Brazilian and Canadian exploration programs but until there is positive news on this front...(we recommend another stock)" PHIL
