Can you explain these big block trades to me. The last trade yesterday was 760,000 at .015 and it didn't move the b/a at all.

That trade, on a time and sales report from OTC:BB is shown as neither a buy or sell, but as an X, and X = Supervisory entry price override.

Today a block of 990,000 just went through, same deal I'll bet.

Now with what 20MM o/s and float of 13.8mm, how can these big blocks not change the price at all?
