David,

I would like to believe that we have seen a bottom on STS however that
will depend upon possibly some of the folks here on the thread as to if they are patient enough to hold on to let STS regroup or whether
you head to the exits. I hope we don't much lower since 52 cents was a
critical area technically. The stock was higher than this when it was
a shell and just starting to look for acquisitions. I hope we can save
Yetwene but if we don't hopefully they can use Riverstone to raise some capital to go to Uganda. As far as predictions on the stock moving back up I have none but realistically it might take a few months however they were able to move very quickly as far as what they
were able to accomplish in Angola. I believe that management will do
whats best for the shareholders even though they have obviously underperformed in regards to getting financing. I would also look for
them to move to another exchange as soon as they are able to do so.

Regards,

Chad Beemer
