Di & Mulla,

Just got off the phone with Market Data Integrity (MDI), which is NASD's official "question answerer" regarding OTCBB symbol changes.

According to them, there are two possible reasons for a company to have the E dropped from its symbol:
1. Company becomes SEC compliant and is relisted.
2. After 30 days with the E, Company gets delisted and goes to the pinks.

I'm afraid I just assumed we were looking at #1, but MDI informed me that #2 is actually the case. CML Group has actually made no apparent effort to become compliant and get relisted.

If you have any questions of your own for the fine folks at MDI, you can reach them at 203/375-9609.

Today, when I have accessed my portfolio online, my CMLK shares are apparently valued at .002 - .003. My broker, however, is unable to quote or trade shares for me at present.

Anybody have any idea how to trade a pink sheet security? This could be a buying opportunity, if we could find somebody to play with...

Bud
