OT Yes I have written many a nasty e-mail about web broker so what do they do, they change it to green and add a few cute accessories but don't fix the option trading and option quote problems. The time out feature is a royal pain also. I moaned so much one time, the head of relations called me at home to see if I was happy and I told him off. They still don't fix it. Thier come back every time is since the IPO, they will now have the cash to fix it. Screw them, soon as I find another broker with a local office, I am done with Water House. A real shame because as you said, the rest of thier stuff is OK but since I am 99% an options trader, they are pretty much useless to me. Good Luck, Lee
