Tony, >>>Andy Bryant on CNBC Business Center today at 6:30 Eastern, 3:30 Pacific.<<<

Andy Bryant in all probability has Menza sized IQ. You can't expect him just to read a statement where Intel reports earnings of .61 (or whatever).

He will have ten pages of footnotes - at the end of which no one will know if Intel made money or not. Analysts being the skeptics they are, are going to assume it is bad news. If it was not bad news, why would they bury the earnings announcement with all these footnotes. Gotta be something wrong - and they will call home to advise dumping stock.

What these guys don't understand is that Andy is a genius and he can't just come out and tell you that Intel had a blow out quarter - like what any other average genius CFO would have done. Andy is not an average genius. It's a good thing he is in finance and not in chip design.
