NN at $22.25 is ugly for several reasons. The obvious one is the STII deal. That's brutal and puts into question their entire fixed wireless business.

From a TA perspective, closing this far below support is very bearish. Many sell orders will be trigered. Shorting NN might be a good short term play.

The humanity of it all ....
