ObjectSoft Corporation Announces One-for-Six Reverse Stock Split of its Outstanding Common Stock

HACKENSACK, N.J., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- ObjectSoft Corporation (Nasdaq: OSFTC - news) today announced a one-for-six reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock. The reverse split is intended to increase the bid price of its common stock to at least $1.00 per share towards maintaining listing on Nasdaq. Trading in the post-reverse split common stock will start at the opening of business on Wednesday, October 13, 1999. The reverse stock split was authorized by the stockholders at a Special Meeting of Stockholders on October 12, 1999.
