Would love some clarity. I did not believe that a private placement (issuance of new shares was handled at all by MM's. Am I wrong? jpbp (PS if I am not, then it looked like 2 very large sells and I just bought back in a little today - not excited at that prospect. On the other hand, I am willing to pay .36 to see what the company has to offer. Life's a risk!
