Ken, There have been over $2 billion in new contract announcements over the past month and a half. The integration of ASND has been relatively painless. The NT/Bay situation was a mess because of management issues and egos from what I have heard. The beauty of the ASND deal is that all of the ASND upper management is gone. Nexabit is a small company. I can't imagine any issues coming from them. Brian
